The local people use fresh and young bamboo tubes to put sticky rice and water in and then set them on fire and coal carefully. When it is well done, the bamboo-tube rice is split and rest rice in side to eat with very delicous and strange taste.
The taste of rice mixing with the sweet-smelling of fresh bamboo will make a totally different taste comparing to sticky rice cooked in pots.
