Ea Kao Lake is an artifical fresh water lake in Buon Ma Thuot City, Daklak province. It is about 10 km away from Buon Ma Thuot centre to the Southeast, located in Ea Kao commune, suburd of Buon Ma Thuot. This place is a tourist spot which was constructed quite big and modern but still keep the traditional aspects.
It has an area of 120 hectares (excluded the water surface area), this spot is constructed on a diverse terrain with hills, slopes and streams,… the climate here is quite equable, the average temperature is 20,70c all year around, about 2,155 mm of rainfall per year,… this is an ideal place for developing tourism.
With different tourism activities such as cultural activities, leisuring,… all reach tourists’ demands. This tourist spot is also devided into different small areas with different activities like leisuring area, guest houses, flower slot, botanic garden, restaurant, camping spot, preserving natural area,… all are designed conveniently and harmoniously with attractive natural landscape.
