Director of Kon Tum’s Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Pham Thi Trung said, “The Spring Festival 2017 introduces local cultural heritages to visitors near and far. They are cultural heritages of ethnic minority people in the Central Highlands. We will also introduce cultural characteristics of the northern at this festival.”
The festival will feature performances of gong and traditional musical instruments of local ethnic groups, and a showcase of water puppetry and To He toy making of the northern region.
