The seminar was attended by chief representative of the KTO in Nghe An, Jung Chang Wook, Director of Nghe An Department of Tourism, Nguyen Manh Cuong, and the representatives of more than 40 domestic and international travel agents in the provinces of Nghe An and Ha Tinh.The north central region’s huge population, vast area, and special regional cultural features has great potential for tourism development. The KTO presented the Korean tourism and air routes to the RoK program with the aim of supplying a variety of high quality services in line with customers’ demands.
Many people in Nghe An have chosen the RoK as a holiday destination, especially after a collaboration program between the RoK and the Vietnam Society of Travel Agents in Nghe An was launched in 2016. This year the program will be promoted from June to August with a range of new tourism options.
An air route linking Vinh and the RoK is being deployed favourably. The country has welcomed thousands of visitors from Nghe An province over the past two years.
