 At the time of Tet festival, the Jrai ethnic community in the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai gathers to slaughter pigs to make smoked pork dishes. Tet is a time when people gather to drink ruou can ( wine drunk out of a jar through pipes) and enjoy traditional dishes  The pigs selected for meat are the best, stocked in the forest, fragrant and firm.
