On October 29th, the survey team of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (DOCST) has conducted a survey on potential tourist routes in Krong Nang district. The survey team included representatives of some departments, sectors, and travel agencies in the province.

In Ea Tam Commune, the delegation conducted a survey at Son Long Waterfall, a potential tourist site with beautiful landscapes, waterfalls and primeval forest space for exploring and experiencing tourism. Also in Ea Tam Commune, the delegation also conducted the survey of cultural tourism potential, homestay in Quang Hoa village, a village with special cultural features of Nung ethnic group was built more than 30 years ago.

A survey has been conducted at Thuy Tien Waterfall, Ea Puk commune, the most famous attraction of Krong Nang district with beautiful waterfalls, wild forest. It is not far from the center of the district.

In general, the district’s sites own high potential for the development of tourism. However, these places have not been effectively invested to become tourist attractions aiming to attract visitors. On the basis of survey the DOCST will make an evaluation of Krong Nang potential and advise the provincial People’s Committee to call for investment in suitable places. The survey will also be an opportunity for travel agencies to connect their routes and tours to these tourist attractions.
In addition, the DOCST will continue to carry out the surveys on tourist routes in Buon Ho town and Krong Bong district.
