According to details given at the event, the ITE HCMC themed “Growing Forward Together” will be the largest and most established travel event in the Mekong Delta region to revive inbound tourism.
The expo will be held in a hybrid format, featuring a combination of physical and virtual booths such as 2D Online Booths, along with Online Appointment Schedules between international buyers and sellers.
ITE HCMC 2023 is expected to attract the participation of over 400 exhibiting companies and 250 high-level buyers from over 40 countries and territories globally, together with more than 25,000 visitors.
Le Truong Hien Hoa, deputy director of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, told the press conference that the expo would help strengthen links, create momentum for tourism recovery, and boost sustainable development.
The ITE HCMC offers an ideal platform for travel agencies, hotels, and resort operators to promote their products and services, whilst also helping to improve the overall competitiveness and attractiveness of Vietnamese tourism to other countries worldwide, he stressed.
