On the morning of May 28, 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province in coordination with the Provincial Tourism Association organized the Announcement Ceremony of the 2025 Summer Tourist Stimulus Program with the message “Summer fun exploring the Great Forest – Countless interesting things”.
The stimulus program takes place from June to December 2025, with a variety of rich and diverse contents such as: organizing community, cultural and ecological experience tours; introducing incentive packages, discounts on accommodation, cuisine and sightseeing services; organizing cultural, sports events and vibrant street festivals. Participating in this year’s summer tourism stimulus program are tourist areas, attractions, historical sites and scenic spots that have developed incentive plans for experience service prices for tourists. Some travel businesses have also developed incentive plans, expected to reduce 5% of tour prices (for guests staying or booking tours for 1-2 days), reducing 1-2 million VND/total payment for groups of 10 or more after payment.
The 2025 summer tourism stimulus program is a bridge to connect more closely between the government, businesses and the community, creating momentum to stimulate domestic tourism, contributing to economic recovery and development; at the same time, continuing to promote the tourism image of “Dak Lak – a safe, friendly destination, imbued with the identity of the Central Highlands”. This is an important event to carry out key tasks and solutions, breakthroughs to promote economic growth and ensure the growth target of Dak Lak province in 2025 reaches 8% or more, creating a new breakthrough in promoting the image and tourism potential of the locality.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Tran Hong Tien – Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak requested that relevant departments, branches, businesses and units actively participate and closely coordinate in the implementation process. Businesses registering to participate in the stimulus program must strictly implement their commitments on incentives and service quality; ensuring the motto of “reducing prices but not reducing quality”, bringing the best experiences to tourists. The cooperation between provinces and cities and the active participation of tourism businesses will contribute to the prosperity and sustainable development of Dak Lak tourism.
From now until the end of the year, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dak Lak province will host and organize many events such as: gong cultural performances to serve people and tourists on Saturday evenings (the 2nd and last weeks of every month); Culinary Passport program; activities to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam Tourism Day (July 9, 1960 – July 9, 2025); Art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd; Gong Culture Festival 2025, Vietnam Family Day (June 23 – 28) and ASEAN Music Festival… In addition, the Department will also host many national sports competitions during the summer vacation to stimulate tourism.
